Lauv returns with a brand new extended play (EP), songs i couldn’t forget, featuring a collection of personal memories and experiences with love and loss.

Songs from the EP were written by the “I Like Me Better” singer years ago, and days before its release, he said, “Back in 2018, I wrote these songs during a time that shaped me in ways I’m still understanding. Years later, I still can’t get them out of my head, so I put them together into an EP called songs i couldn’t forget.”

The EP features six tracks in total. Check out the track list below:

  1. “fake it”
  2. “ghosts”
  3. “insecure”
  4. “mariah”
  5. “narcissistic”
  6. “sometimes”

Known for being unapologetically vulnerable and honest about his feelings, the singer broke into the music scene with his 2017 single, “I Like Me Better,” which was part of the compilation album I Met You When I Was 18 (The Playlist). He released his debut album, ~how i’m feeling~, as the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

2022 saw the release of his sophomore album, All 4 Nothing. In 2024, he released the single “Potential” and was featured on TWICE’s “I Got You” (Voyage version).
