Republic Records has released the deluxe version of KPop Demon Hunters‘ chart-topping soundtrack — featuring two new songs, as well as sing-along, instrumental, and a cappella versions of the film’s tracks.

The first new track on the deluxe version is “Prologue (Hunter’s Mantra),” composed by acclaimed film composer Marcelo Zarvos and performed by EJAE, who provides the singing voice for Rumi. The song serves as an atmospheric introduction that sets the tone for the story’s mystical themes.

The second addition is “Jinu’s Lament,” the only song performed by Ahn Hyo-seop, the actor behind Jinu’s voice in the film. It serves as a track made for the film’s narrative and the story of the demon king and how the demon hunters of the past defeated his evil reign.

The sing-along version of the film was released during the weekend of August 23, in select theaters across the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. It later premiered on Netflix, allowing households to sing and dance along with HUNTR/X and Saja Boys.

Just recently, it was announced that Arden Cho, the voice of Rumi, will star in Perfect Girl, an upcoming horror-thriller about the K-pop industry — described as “Scream meets Black Swan.” The film will also feature Korean idol Jeon Somi.
