It’s a good day to rock as Kjwan are finally set to release new music.

On April 18, the Filipino rock icons announced that they would finally be releasing a new single this April entitled “Dahas” (roughly translated as “force” or “violence”). They teased the track through a series of posts on their social media, including short videos revealing that the new song is also set to be released alongside an accompanying music video. The video is directed by Jay Ar Villarojas who has done works for the likes of SB19, Marian Rivera, Cup of Joe, and more.

The new track is noteworthy for two reasons. First, it will be the band’s first single in 8 years or so, following 2016’s “HyperConnected”. Second, it will also be their first material to feature veteran guitarist Louis Isok since he officially joined the band in late 2022.

“Dahas” is set to come out this coming April 26. You may pre-save the new single here.
