KATSEYE Release Trailer For Upcoming Documentary Film ‘KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS’ – Watch

KATSEYE just went one step further from the stage to the big screen, as the global girl group just unveiled a new trailer for their upcoming documentary film, KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS. The film is scheduled to be released on August 12, 2026, with limited screenings worldwide, including the Philippines.

Teased earlier this month, the film will feature unseen footage such as EYEKONS fan videos and personal interviews with members Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Megan Skiendiel, Sophia Laforteza, and Yoonchae Jeung.

The trailer opens with the EDM-infused hooks from their recent single “PINKY UP.” Accompanying the music are clips from the group’s concerts, behind-the-scenes production footage, and glimpses of talking head-style interviews with the members. The trailer ends with Yoonchae declaring, “New era, new aura.” Watch the trailer below:

Described as a “love letter to the EYEKONS who helped build this movement,” the film will explore the group’s global rise to fame and their ever-growing bond with their fans as they journey into their new era. Notably, Manon Bannerman is seen in a few moments of the trailer, despite being officially on hiatus from the group.

Before releasing their first single “Debut” in 2024, KATSEYE officially formed in 2023 through the reality show Dream Academy, a competition series created as a collaboration between HYBE and Geffen Records. Since then, the group has reached heights, garnering achievements like earning Grammy nominations for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best New Artist at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards. Their 2025 track “Gabriela” has amassed almost one billion streams.

KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS, produced by Interscope Films and Boardwalk Pictures, in partnership with HYBE X GEFFEN, will also be accompanied by the release of their upcoming EP WILD on August 14, 2026.
