KATSEYE's 'WILD' Debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200

And it goes like this: KATSEYE claim their first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 with their third EP, WILD.

Released on August 14, 2026, the standard five-track WILD sits atop the chart dated August 29, 2026. According to Luminate, the EP earned 170,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. during the week ending August 20.

This marks the global girl group’s second entry into the chart’s top 10, following their second EP, Beautiful Chaos, which peaked at No. 4 in 2025.

Additionally, WILD becomes the fourth No. 1 album by an all-female group in the 2020s, joining the ranks of TWICE with their With YOU-th in 2025, NewJeans’ Get Up in 2023, and BLACKPINK’s Born Pink in 2022.

The EP also earned 145,000 in pure album sales, marking the largest pure album sales week by an all-female group since TWICE’s Ready To Be, with 146,000 in 2023.

Of the 170,000 equivalent album units, it earned 145,000 units on the Top Album Sales chart, including 24,500 SEA units and 500 TEA units. The album sales can be attributed to the various physical editions of WILD, including more than 30 CD and vinyl variants. These editions came with photocards, signed versions, and additional bonus tracks.

Coming in at No. 2 is Phoebe Bridgers‘ comeback record, Lost Weekend, which earned her biggest week to date, on both units and pure album sales.
