Singapore’s Music Matters is officially commemorating its 20th year this 2025.

Established two decades ago, Music Matters is the music arm of All That Matters, described as “Asia’s meeting point for the music, sports, gaming, AI, Web3, marketing, and arts industries, and the destination for the most influential players in global entertainment.”

Music Matters itself is recognized as “a global platform representing the Asia Pacific music industry and a gateway for artists looking to break into the world’s most populated region.” It notably features “a B2B conference and a live, public festival” that serves as a place where “musicians and artists can connect with fans,” alongside “leaders from record labels, platforms and brands in the music space.”

This 2025, Music Matters returns for its twentieth year, featuring a stellar lineup of artists from across Asia and the rest of the world. This year, the lineup features a total of seven Filipino artists announced so far, namely including pop hitmaker James Reid, rapper Costa Cashman, P-pop boy group 1st.One, rising R&B singer-songwriter Jolianne, Filipino-Canadian singer-actor and YouTuber Mikey Bustos, singer-songwriter and producer Fern., and Filipino-Norwegian R&B artist HILLARI.
