IVE are back with a new EP.
On February 3, 2025 (Monday), the “Accendio” K-pop hitmakers made their comeback with a brand new EP, entitled IVE EMPATHY. It serves as the follow-up to their English collaboration single with DJ and producer David Guetta, “SUPERNOVA LOVE,” released last November 8, 2024. In addition, it marks their third Korean-language EP, following IVE SWITCH, which came out last April 29, 2024.
With the release of IVE EMPATHY, the group also released a music video for its fifth track “Attitude,” which you can watch below:
Its release first announced last December 24, 2024, IVE EMPATHY was preceded by its lead single “Rebel Heart” — a track that explores themes of self-love and empowerment, which the K-pop six-piece put out last January 13, 2025.
As part of their ‘SHOW WHAT I HAVE’ world tour, IVE were previously in Manila last July 13, 2024, where they performed at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. In Billboard Philippines‘ review of the show, we described it as being a showcase of the group’s “immense talent” and “versatility,” alongside being a “a full-on display of the strong bond between the group and their fans.”
