Today (November 21, 2025), Cebuano hyperpop artist IIICCCYYY teamed up with producer ONEFLOOR for their first-ever collaboration, “ghaddamn,” a glitchpop piece that toils over the pains of betrayal.
In an official press release, IIICCCYYY (also known as Sepia Times’ Elisha Ang) details her process working with the rapper-producer: “ONEFLOOR just hit me up one day and presented me with a couple of songs, but this was the one I resonated with more, so I worked on it with him. What I liked about the track was that it sounded more on the other side of the hyperpop spectrum, definitely with heavier elements and less glittery, which was something I wanted to dabble in in the first place so it all fell into place pretty well.”
“For me, the song talks about how life can be such an a**hole sometimes — both in funny and not-so-funny ways — where our efforts are often met with resistance, even when we’re trying to do what’s best for ourselves, and then we’re left dealing with the disappointments after,” shares ONEFLOOR when discussing the themes of the song.
For ONEFLOOR, this would be his latest release following his October single “Nonconfront,” a downbeat lo-fi track that speaks about trying together the loose ends of a relationship once its come to its end. Ang, on the other hand, most recently teamed up with electropop producers and artists D Waviee and IRDSCNT on her July release “Upside Down.”
