Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11 housemates JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith are set to star in the upcoming music video of Regine Velasquez-Alcasid‘s cover of “Crazy For You.”

The music video is scheduled to be released this April 11, 2025 (Friday), and marks the second time that the beloved love team will be reuniting on screen for the legendary Filipina singer’s series of music videos. Both Ibarra and Smith previously starred as the lead actors for Velasquez-Alcasid’s music video to “Wherever You Are,” which featured a ‘Little Mermaid’ storyline and has accumulated nearly six million views on YouTube since its release two months ago. Velasquez-Alcasid’s versions of “Crazy For You” and “Wherever You Are” served as the lead singles off her latest album, REGINIFIED. The recently released record comprises twelve tracks that Asia’s Songbird covers, showcasing her signature vocal prowess in a series of songs that are familiar to audiences both in the local and international setting.

Just recently, the iconic powerhouse vocalist held a sold-out set of concerts in honor of REGINIFIED’s release. In Billboard Philippines‘ review of the concert, it was described as “first-hand concrete proof that if you love what you’re doing, it’s bound to resonate with so many other people in the process” with “Regine Velasquez-Alcasid proving time and again that this is the case as she undisputedly continues to be the best-selling Filipino artist of all time.”
