(e)motion engine Are Asking You To ‘tell me how you f(e)el’ In Upcoming Debut EP
The EP marks the Filipino genre-bending indie rock band’s first collection of songs, and was preceded by three singles: “boy,” “happy birthday,” and “milk.”

(e)motion engine are officially releasing their debut EP this month. The news was announced by the Filipino indie rock band on August 15, 2025 (Friday), revealing that the upcoming record, entitled tell me how you f(e)el is set to come out on August 29, 2025 (Friday).
tell me how you f(e)el marks (e)motion engine’s first collection of songs and their fourth release of 2025, following three singles. Namely, these were “boy,” released on May 9, 2025; “happy birthday,” on July 4, 2025; and “milk,” released just last August 15, 2025.
Accompanying the EP’s release, the band is also set to hold a launch gig on August 29 at Paper Lantern in Quezon City. They will be joined by Sci Fye, Daspan en Walis, and Sintasan as special guests. Tickets to the show are priced at PHP 400 and will be available at the door, alongside merchandise from the band.
In other news, (e)motion engine are set to open for DABDA for the Manila show of the South Korean math rock band’s Southeast Asia tour. Set to happen this September 5, 2025 (Friday) at Sari-Sari Bar, Makati City, the show will also see (e)motion engine sharing the stage with Filipino math rock musician Gabba. Tickets to this show are priced at PHP 800 (Pre-sale, with one Jack Daniel’s welcome drink) or PHP 900 (Regular, with one Jack Daniel’s welcome drink) each, and are available via here.
