This coming February 21, the OGs of Pinoy Rock are joining forces for a night of pure energy and music, entited Happy Birthday Mr. President. Decorated with a lineup of renowned veteran artists like Ely Buendia & The Methodists, Sandwich, and Urbandub, the event is set to take place in 123 Block, Mandaluyong.
Ely Buendia recently released his full-length album, Method Adaptor, on November 8 of last year. The full-bodied record has made waves, as two hits “Tagpi-Tagping Piraso” and “Bulaklak Sa Buwan” have emerged from the album. Urbandub, on the other hand, are gearing up to embark on a 25th Anniversary Tour this year with their frequent collaborators, Typecast. On a similar note, Sandwich have recently dropped a new single as of last week entitled “Wag Ka na lang Kumagat.“
