Just in time for Pride month, Drag Race Philippines Season 1 alumni Precious Paula Nicole, Brigiding, and Viñas Deluxe have dropped their first single together as the Divine Divas with “Oh, Divine Diva.”
The recently released dance-pop track sends an empowering message of being brave enough to own the spotlight and having the confidence to face life’s challenges.
Describing the track, Precious Paula Nicole stated “Tayo ang unang papalakpak sa koronang tayo mismo sa sarili ang nagsuot, unang makakaunawa sa talentong gusto nating ipakita sa mundo at unang tatanggap ng pagkataong gusto nating makilala ng kahit sino. Patuloy nating itaas ang bandera at iparada ang korona. Ipaalala mong wala kang hindi kaya kasi isa kang divine diva.”
[“We will be the first to applaud the crown we ourselves wore, the first to understand the talent we want to show to the world, and the first to accept the personality we want to be recognized by anyone. Let’s keep raising the flag and parade the crown. Remind yourself that there is nothing you can’t do because you are a divine diva.”]
On the song, Brigiding and Viñas Deluxe describes it as an empowering anthem meant to celebrate one’s identity. “It’s about being your own diva and finding your own voice. You are your own diva, wherever you came from, whatever you’ve been through, continue to fight because your perfect time will come, they added.

“Oh, Divine Diva” was composed by Loriebelle Darunday, Elmar Jan Bolano, Justin Ian Catalan, and Liza Dinio Seguerra and produced by StarPop label head Roque “Rox” Santos, who also did its vocal production with Ice Seguerra. Meanwhile, ABS-CBN Music head Roxy Liquigan and creative director Jonathan Manalo served as the track’s executive producers.
Over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, the trio formed the Divine Divas group through various live streams online –– performing and showcasing their talents for their fans and growing following on the internet. As they recounted their journey together on the first season of Drag Race Philippines, Brigiding emphasized that it allowed them to learn more about what it means to be a drag star, allowing them to open more doors as multitalented entertainers on the scene. “Learning is the new winning, you never lose. Only you have the power to change and carve [out] the path to your future,” Brigiding mentions.
Since their formation, the celebrated drag trio held their first major concert ‘Divine Divas Live’ at the New Frontier Theater last year, and made waves on the international stage following their stellar performance at DragCon UK in 2023. Other endeavors of theirs include opening up their own drag club called RAMPA in Quezon City earlier this 2024,
