DAY6 are celebrating their tenth anniversary as a band this 2025. To celebrate, the South Korean pop rock hitmakers have released their fourth Korean studio album, aptly entitled The DECADE.

Released on September 5, 2025 (Friday), the new full-length record was first announced by by the band’s label JYP Entertainment last August 3, 2025 (Sunday, PHT). The album consists of 10 brand new songs from the band, including the lead track “INSIDE OUT.” With its release, DAY6 has also premiered the accompanying music videos for “INSIDE OUT,” as well as the for the album’s opening track “Dream Bus.”

Prior to the release of The DECADE, DAY6 held a special two-day concert on August 30 and 31, 2025 (Saturday and Sunday) as part of their tenth anniversary tour at the Goyang Stadium in Goyang, South Korea. The band is also set to bring the tour to Manila, as well as Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, and more.

Notably, The DECADE serves as DAY6’s first studio album in nearly six years, following The Book of Us: Entropy, which came out on October 22, 2019. In addition, the album also follows their latest single “Maybe Tomorrow,” which was released earlier this year on May 7, 2025. Alongside the album’s release, DAY6 also renewed their exclusive contracts with JYP Entertainment.

Debuted on September 7, 2015, DAY6 are composed of leader, guitarist, and vocalist Sungjin, bassist, vocalist, and primary songwriter Young K, keyboardist and vocalist Wonpil, and drummer and backing vocalist Dowoon. Recognized as one of the biggest bands from South Korea, they are known for such hits as “Congratulations,” “You Were Beautiful,” “Best Part,” “Freely,” “Zombie,” and more.

In other news, DAY6 were in Manila a few months ago as part of their ‘Forever Young’ world tour, marking their first time performing in the Philippines in more than five years. The long-awaited concert was held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on February 22, 2025.
