Before the year ends, Cup of Joe will be bringing their emotionally charged pop-rock sound to the Araneta Coliseum on December 3, 2026.
The Baguio-bred band’s concert, dubbed ‘Symphony,’ was recently teased by Philippine Concerts on their social media. The post featured silhouettes of the band’s set placed in front of a screen with the words “Symphony: Live at the Big Dome.”
However, the group first hinted at the upcoming performance days earlier in a social media reel flashing through photos of their performances. This was accompanied by the caption “Sa bawat yugto, may patutunguhan (At each stage, there is a destination),” then with the announcement “IKALIMANG YUGTO (FIFTH STAGE) December 2026.”
As per Philippine Concerts’ website, the concert will give something new for Cup of Joe’s fans — the “Joewahs” — as it reimagines the group’s chart-topping hits through the addition of orchestral arrangements. The performance will also mark the group’s third performance at the Big Dome.
So far, details such as ticket tiers and prices are yet to be announced. Until then, follow the group or Philippine Concerts for future updates.
The upcoming concert will serve as the fifth and final “stage” for the group’s series of shows entitled ‘Sandali Sessions.’ The chain of shows has since brought them to the following venues:
- “Unang Yugto” (First Stage) – Viva Cafe – August 7
- “Ikalawang Yugto” (Second Stage) – Backyard Warehouse Studio – August 28
- “Ikatlong Yugto” (Third Stage) – 123 Block – September 6
Kicking off with one final hurrah before the year-end, the OPM band’s December concert also follows a series of performances scheduled for the remainder of the year. By the end of September, the group will be headlining the first-ever Navotas Music Fest with fellow OPM acts Maki, Mayonnaise, and more. The month after, they will be bringing their monumental ‘Stardust’ tour down under to Australia. Finally, on November 21, 2026, the group will join Flow G, Skusta Clee, and more in Circus Music Festival’s ninth edition.
