Cup of Joe will soon celebrate their sixth birthday as a band.
Today (September 6), Cup of Joe took to their social media platforms to announce a four-part project in commemoration of their sixth anniversary.
DOS: The Sixth JOEnniversary Special will start with a celebratory concert on September 7 in Alabang Town Center, with artists Earl Agustin, Rhodessa, Amiel Sol, and an additional special guest. The theme of the second event is yet to be announced, but it will be taking place on September 14. The third event, “Joekay Joekay,” will be a homely set-up where the band members will be selling pre-loved clothes and hosting an intimate gig, also featuring special guests. The fourth and final piece to the puzzle will be the “Joelympics All Stars,” on a date that is yet to be announced.
It was just recently, as well, that their collaboration piece with Janine Teñoso, “Tingin,” reached the Top 10 of the Billboard Philippines Top Philippine Songs Chart. The song currently stands at the No. 11 spot as of the week dated September 7, 2024.
