Clockenflap Music Festival has announced its full lineup for the 2025 iteration, featuring a plethora of renowned musical acts set to take the stage.

Set to take place from December 5 to 7 at Hong Kong’s Central Harbourfront, the flagship music and arts festival will mix global heavyweights with rising regional talent. This year’s lineup features heavy-hitters like My Bloody Valentine, Bloc Party, and Vaundy among the festival’s headliners, with the event marking the international live debut of the latter as his first performance outside Japan. The festival then shifts into full indie-rock mode on Saturday with the long-awaited Hong Kong debut of Bloc Party, a booking that fans have been hoping for since the band’s early-2000s ascent. Sunday closes with another historic moment as shoegaze pioneers My Bloody Valentine perform in the city for the first time — a rare appearance from one of alternative music’s most revered acts.

Additionally, other international acts set to make an appearance at the festival include previously announced acts are Franz Ferdinand, Rich Brian, Jacob Collier, Portishead frontwoman Beth Gibbons, UK singer-songwriter Passenger, US indie favourite Soccer Mommy, Japanese indie-pop trio Chilli Beans., Thai star Phum Viphurit, Mandarin pop icon Yoga Lin, American art-pop legends Sparks, singer-songwriter Jeremy Zucker, and French nu-disco outfit L’Impératrice.

New additions for this year’s lineup also include US indie staples Bright Eyes, Hong Kong singer-songwriter Jace 陳凱詠, Thai-Chinese dream-pop artist Moon Tang, and local favourites Wendy Wander 溫蒂漫步. The lineup also features uniquely Clockenflap-style collaborations, including rappers Billy Choi and Ki Chan linking up with viral YouTuber JFFT, content creator Lai Ying 麗英 performing with jazz collective Fountain de Chopin, and a special farewell performance by M4GANG supported by veteran rap duo FAMA.
