Last December 2024, Clara Benin was interviewed by Billboard Philippines and discussed her time spent on the road touring 2024, performing overseas at SXSW Sydney 2024, as well as creating the deluxe version of her second album, befriending my tears. In our talk with the indie singer-songwriter, she described the ‘befriending my tears’ tour as being a “dream” and something she has always wanted to do with her albums. “That’s always been something I’ve wanted to do and performing live is, like, I think, it’s so important for an artist to connect with their listeners,” she stated. “I feel live I’ve grown so much because of it.”
