Chicosci To Headline Emo Night Manila 2nd Anniversary Show This June
The emo/rock veterans will be the first band to ever perform at the emo and pop-punk-focused DJ-driven event series.

Emo Night Manila is celebrating its second year this month and Chicosci are set to perform.
Founded in 2023, Emo Night Manila or ENM is known as the Philippines’ very own emo and pop-punk-centric DJ-driven event series. Starting out as a “a passion project in a small bar in Poblacion, Makati,” it has become “a sanctuary for millennials reliving the soundtrack of their youth,” as well as “for Gen Z fans discovering the subculture they were too young to experience the first time around.”
“Emo Night Manila was never about nostalgia alone. It’s about creating a space where people can enjoy that concert-like euphoria of singing their favorite songs with others and just belong, “emphasized the Emo Night Manila team in a press statement. “The music is the anchor, but the community is what makes it powerful. The connections and new friendships we’ve witnessed along the way empowers what we do even more.”
This month, ENM is commemorating its second anniversary on June 14, 2025 (Saturday) with a special event set to be held at McKinley Whisky Park in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PHT). With this special occasion comes the participation of special guests: local emo and rock veterans Chicosci themselves — the first band to ever perform in the event’s history. In addition, the entire ENM DJ roster is also set to perform before and after their set.
Meanwhile, there will also be other activities at the event. This includes a pop-up tattoo and piercing booth courtesy of 9Lives Tattoo Studio, as well as the unveiling of a limited edition merchandise line from Emo Night Manila. In addition, there will be giveaways of concert tickets to upcoming rock shows, alongside vouchers from Vans Philippines.
Tickets to the event are priced at PHP 1,200 (Online) and at PHP 1,500 (Door) for a single pass entrance, which includes two free drinks. In addition, the price for a table at the event is at PHP 12,000, which includes six tickets, a seated table, and a drink package. Both ticket options are available via Emo Night Manila’s official website.
As Emo Night Manila celebrates its second year, it also looks to continue expanding across the Philippines, with the goal of taking the ENM experience to other major cities like Cebu and Davao. In addition, it also aims to return to island destinations like Boracay, where the event has been held twice already.
