Carly Rae Jepsen celebrates the 10th anniversary of her third studio album Emotion with a special one-night-only anniversary concert at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, California, on August 19, 2025.

On Instagram, Jepsen shared the exciting news, saying, “How to celebrate 10 years of EMOTION? A one night only intimate club show where it all began, that’s how!” She also urged fans to “dress the hell up” and keep their eyes peeled for extra special guests and surprises.

Fresh off of the success of the Canadian singer’s chart-topping hit “Call Me Maybe,” she followed it up with “I Really Like You,” the lead single of Emotion, in March 2015.

In July of that year, she released the album’s second single “Run Away With Me,” then the full album in all of its glory. It includes some of her beloved tracks like “Gimmie Love,” “Boy Problems,” and “Your Type.”

In 2016, she released Emotion Remixed +, a remix album featuring “First Time” and “Fever,” as well as Emotion: Side B, a companion to Emotion that included “First Time” and other previously unreleased tracks originally cut from the main album.

Jepsen last released an album in 2023, her seventh studio album, The Loveliest Time, which acts as a companion piece to 2022’s The Loneliest Time.

She is also set to make her Broadway debut as a co-writer, alongside Lena Dunham, for the upcoming musical adaptation of 10 Things I Hate About You, the beloved ’90s romantic-comedy starring Julia Stiles and the late Heath Ledger.
