BGYO Star As Leading Men In Upcoming ‘Vertical On Demand’ Series

BGYO are taking their On Demand era to the next level as they prepare to star in four new vertical stories set to premiere weekly titled BGYO: Vertical on Demand.
The digital series will debut on BGYO’s official YouTube channel, with a new story dropping every Wednesday at 7:00 PM beginning August 12, 2026. Members Gelo, Akira, Mikki, JL, and Nate will take on the lead roles across the four stories, while their mystery leading ladies have yet to be revealed.
Officially announced on August 8, 2026, the five-member boy group dropped a teaser video on social media, offering fans a glimpse of the stories and characters they can expect from the vertical series. In the weeks leading up to the announcement, BGYO had already been teasing the project following the release of their latest EP, On Demand.
Beyond the new series, the Aces of P-pop are also bringing their EP closer to fans through their ongoing mall tour. The show kicked off on July 11, 2026 at SM City Telabastagan before making its way to SM Southmall where BGYO held their latest stop on August 8, 2026.
Marking another step in BGYO’s growing acting ventures, leader Gelo has appeared in the film adaptation of the Wattpad story The Four Bad Boys and Me and currently stars opposite Alexa Ilacad in iWant’s vertical microdrama The Chambermaid’s Daughter. Meanwhile, Akira has appeared in iWant’s Miss Behave and the indie films Alienasyon and Kalel, 15.
The upcoming vertical series arrives in support of On Demand featuring the tracks “Fresh,” “Forever Tonight,” “Life’s Too Short,” “Mean Girl,” “Raindrop,” “Trono,” and “Sinta.” It also ranked No. 5 among the fan-voted Favorite P-pop Releases of the First Half of 2026.
