After weeks of speculation from fans, Beabadoobee has officially announced her upcoming single “All I Did Was Dream Of You,” a special collaboration with renowned alt-pop group The Marías.
The news was confirmed via the indie rock star’s social media platforms, wherein she posted a teaser of the track’s official music video alongside details of its release date this March 12 (Thursday) at 7 PM (GMT)/March 13 (Friday) at 3 AM (PHST). Though the music video doesn’t feature The Marías front woman, María Zardoya, it showcases Beabadoobee moving through a series of vignettes across Lithuania, backed by moody ’90s-esque alt-rock soundscapes that echo in the backdrop.
In her cover story for Dazed Magazine‘s Spring 2026 issue, the Filipina-British musician opened up about the collaboration, sharing what inspired the video and how the collaboration came together. “I recently watched Bugonia by Yorgos Lanthimos – my boyfriend and I are f**king obsessed with Yorgos – and that last scene inspired the video. I made ‘All I Did Was Dream of You’ with María Zardoya from The Marías. She couldn’t be in the video, but she sang beautifully on the song and was really encouraging,” she shared.
“I made [the video] with my boyfriend and one of his good friends, Lucas, who is from Lithuania. It was −17C there – I could have died! I was singing on this frozen lake; it was fucking crazy but it looks so beautiful. It’s a nice bridge to the next thing I want to release,” the “Glue Song” hitmaker continued.
“All I Did Was Dream Of You” is set to mark the latest release from Beabadoobee in a hot minute, following the release of her third studio album, This Is How Tomorrow Moves, back in August 2024. The album was met with critical acclaim upon release, and debuted at No. 1 on the UK Albums chart as well as at No. 34 on the Billboard 200.
To celebrate the record’s release, she embarked on The Space In Between Tour, which saw her perform two sold-out nights in Manila last August 2025. In Billboard Philippines‘ review of the show, it was described as “thrilling” and “so nice, you gotta watch it twice,” that also felt like a “smooth sailing adventure through Bea’s personal life and growth as an artist.”
