This versatile and well-loved P-pop boy group is bringing out a fresh pop/funk sound on their latest release.
Yesterday (November 20), ALAMAT came out with their highly anticipated newest single, “Hiraya,” following its announcement last November 12. The official music video for the single is scheduled for launch tomorrow, along with a viewing party at the Viva Café in Cubao, Quezon City. This viewing party is available to the VIP and SVIP ticket holders of their upcoming RAGASA concert this coming December 6 at the New Frontier Theater.
In tandem with its premiere on streaming platforms, the single was accompanied by a lyric visualizer on the group’s official YouTube channel:
On “Hiraya,” ALAMAT explore a dynamic, modern funk and synth pop sound that serves as the perfect background for their upbeat romantic lyrics. The group had previously hinted at this song’s release as well during their performance for Billboard Philippines: Mainstage last October 15.
This brand new single follows their collaborative work with Filipino rap icon Nik Makino for “Ngayong Gabi.”
