2NE1 are making their official comeback in the music industry.

Following their reunion earlier this May, the four-piece K-pop sensations — composed of CL, Sandara Park, Park Bom, and Minzy — have officially announced that they are signing under their former label YG Entertainment once more. As announced by the label’s founder and executive producer Yang Hyun-suk in a special video, the group is set to embark on a world tour this year to celebrate their 15th anniversary. “The members of 2NE1 informed me that they’d like to hold a concert commemorating their 15th anniversary, so we caught up and happily discussed, making it all happen within this year,” he mentions.

The forthcoming tour is scheduled to commence in Seoul this October and will be followed by more stops in Osaka and Tokyo from late November to December of this year before continuing further throughout 2025. Though this marks their official reunion as a group, this isn’t the first time that the four members have performed together in recent years. In 2022, Sandara Park, Park Bom, and Minzy joined leader CL on stage at the latter’s Coachella stage under 88rising to perform their 2011 hit “I Am The Best” to the surprise of the festival’s audience.

Throughout their time together, the group was able to release a string of hit tracks like “I Am The Best,” “COME BACK HOME,” “Lonely,” and “I Don’t Care,” up until the departure of Minzy in 2016. Eventually, the remaining members released their final track “Goodbye” in 2017 before disbanding permanently.
