ENHYPEN‘s IMMERSION VR concert is now screening exclusively at Cinema 17 in Gateway Cineplex 18 — presented by Wilbros Live and made with AmazeVR technology.

As the country’s first-ever VR concert experience, there’s a lot to anticipate and explore. Billboard Philippines had the chance to attend the media launch and first-ever screening on November 19, 2025, before it officially opened for a limited run for ENGENEs, the group’s official fandom, from November 20 to December 6, 2025.

The VR concert is filmed in ultra-HD 12K resolution and enhanced with Unreal Engine special effects, making the performances from the group dynamic and blurring the line between virtual and reality. For ENGENEs, the fan experience also goes beyond the viewing.

Each ticket also comes with a random exclusive photocard of an ENHYPEN member. Seven designs will be available in the first week, and another seven, each with a different front card design, will be released in the second week.

Experience ENHYPEN up close and personal

Right from the get-go, it feels like you’ve booked a front-row ticket to see ENHYPEN like never before, with an experience that doesn’t get any closer than this. ENGENEs, as well as new fans and casual listeners, are treated to a mesmerizing, up-close-and-personal encounter with Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-Ki. Fans can just sit back, relax, and watch the group perform their hearts out, just as they always do. Though it still can’t quite match a physical meet-and-greet, ENGENEs can experience a similar feeling through this VR concert.

Concerts are a place for thousands of screaming fans, expressing their love and adoration for the artists. With this VR concert, it’s no different. While the basic etiquette in a cinema is to focus on the screen and refrain from talking, here, screaming and fangirling, or fanboying, is highly encouraged. In fact, it can even inspire others around you to do the same. The louder the screams, the more infectious the excitement becomes.

The perfect gateway for ENHYPEN’s music

Although the concert is all made for the love of the ENGENEs, perhaps there isn’t room for any gatekeeping here. New fans and even non-K-pop fans can still have fun and experience. The beauty in music discovery is that there are no limits, no rules, and no judgment (sometimes). ENHYPEN perform their hits and fan-favorites through the years, such as “Bite Me,” “No Doubt,” “Sweet Venom,” and even “XO (Only If You Say Yes).” Even if you’re unfamiliar with the group and their music, being surrounded by ENGENEs is an exciting feeling in and of itself.

With this state-of-the-art VR concert experience — the first of its kind in the country — IMMERSION showcases the reimagining of both music and technology, merging their worlds in a truly unified experience. This launch isn’t just about unveiling a concert; it’s about creating something immersive, accessible, and unforgettable for the audience. VR technology has been around for quite some time, and those who have experienced it know its ability to replicate the real world in a digital space, offering a unique, one-of-a-kind experience.

This is what the future of concert entertainment looks like

Concerts taking up digital space can feel unusual, yet exciting. With VR concerts arriving in the Philippines — offering a glimpse of what the future of concert entertainment in the country could look like — this is only just the beginning. More K-pop acts could also be coming soon. In fact, immediately after IMMERSION‘s theatrical run, TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s HEART ATTACK VR concert will premiere at the same theater in Gateway Cineplex from December 8 to 24, 2025. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for the local music scene. During the media launch, hopefully, even P-pop acts will have the chance to enter the VR landscape and hold their own concerts sooner rather than later.
