The Philippines’ renowned musician and artist Ryan Cayabyab is on this week’s episode of Billboard Philippines Volumes, hosted by Billboard Philippines Editor-in-Chief Bret Jackson.

In this episode, Mr Ryan Cayabyab recounts his journey from an aspiring artist to becoming one of the pillars of Filipino music. He also goes on to share his insights to up-and-coming artists. “The first thing I tell young kids is ‘don’t be shy’; shy will not bring you anywhere. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes because that’s the only way you learn,” he shares.

Volumes is one of the flagship programs of Billboard Philippines’ media channels that invites on some of the most exciting artists and industry figures to bring light to the stories behind Filipino music. Mr Ryan Cayabyab comes as the latest guest of the podcast show, following South Border’s Jay Durias and Lourd De Veyra.
