Kyle Raphael’s “Libu-Libong Buwan (Uuwian)” Enters The Top Philippine Songs Chart
This marks the first major chart entry from the rising musician on the Billboard Philippines charts, where he joins several of his labelmates from Viva Records.

Kyle Raphael has made a strong entry on this week’s Billboard Philippines charts (dated December 6, 2025), making his way to the No. 23 of the Top Philippine Songs chart with his latest single, “Libu-Libong Buwan (Uuwian).”
Having been released just earlier this August 2025, the track has soared to new heights across numerous social and streaming platforms, garnering nearly 50,000 uses on TikTok alone as of this week. The song has been used for numerous sentimental and romantic videos, with it being incorporated in video challenges that ask users to record their crush, significant other, or loved ones as they all sing along to the track. Even its chorus is being used to soundtrack people’s dramatic storytimes on the platform, or others that showcase the “kilig” factor of their lives — making it resonate with millions of listeners nationwide.
“Libu-Libong Buwan (Uuwian)” could easily be considered as Raphael’s most viral single thus far, following the likes of his 2021 release “Byahe (Hunyo),” “Hanggang Tingin,” and “Paraluman,” which all saw moderate success on streaming platforms across the Philippines. The latest track is also his most recent release in over a year, coming after his string of 2024 singles, “BB” and “himlay/lubay.” In addition to its placement at the Top Philippine Songs chart, it also debuts at No. 46.
Elsewhere on the Top Philippine Songs chart, fellow Viva Records labelmates Cup of Joe still hold the No. 1 spot with “Multo,” followed by fitterkarma’s “Pag-Ibig Ay Kanibalismo II” at No. 2, and Loonie and Arthur Nery’s hit collaboration, “Palaisipan” at No. 3. Soapdish’s “Tensionado” moves up to No. 4 this week, alongside La Mave and Nateman’s “Dominga” at No. 5, while Rob Deniel’s cover of “Nandito Ako” moves down two spots to No. 6. December Avenue’s “Saksi Ang Langit” and Le John’s “Naiilang” remain unchanged at the No. 7 and No. 8 positions, while the Top 10 is capped off by UDD’s “Tadhana” at No. 9 and fitterkarma’s “Kalapastangan” at No. 10.
Billboard Philippines‘ Top Philippine Songs chart is the country’s music chart that focuses exclusively on Filipino songs, spotlighting the most notable as well as fast-rising musical acts and their songs from all over the Philippines. On a weekly basis, it ranks the top 25 tracks in the country based on both audio and streaming data compiled by leading music and entertainment data provider Luminate.
