Clara Benin – “the one to blame”

After releasing her first single of 2026, “muscle memory,” Clara Benin drops another track brimming with vulnerability and emotion with “The One to Blame.” Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the song explores the words best left unsaid to someone who was once special, capturing the push-and-pull of weighing the positives and negatives of staying, holding on, and convincing oneself that moving forward is the only option. – Ralph Regis, Lifestyle and Culture Writer

Charli xcx – “Dying for You”

Pop auteur Charli xcx is no stranger to making chart-topping hits, yet her latest single off Wuthering Heights’ soundtrack, titled “Dying for You” is an intriguing addition to her discography. fitterkarma, Novocrane – “Aswang Sa Maynila”

In the past year alone, fitterkarma went from underground indie rock favorites to being the band with the two biggest songs in the Philippines right now. And with their first release of 2026, the band shows no signs of wasting any momentum they’ve built.

In “Aswang Sa Maynila,” the genre-bending act starts their year off strongly, expanding their sonic palate once again by taking on a classic J-rock-leaning musical direction and joining forces with Kai Sevillano of Novocrane to top it all off. Released almost a year after fitterkarma’s breakout hit “Pag-Ibig Ay Kanibalismo II,” overall, “Aswang Sa Maynila” feels like full circle moment (especially, lyrically) and a strong start to the next chapter of the rising band’s musical journey. – Mayks Go, Global News & Events Photographer and Writer

Bleachers – “you and forever”

Kicking off a new era for his musical project, Jack Antonoff and the rest of Bleachers get down to their feelings with their latest single “you and forever.” The newly released track is the first teaser of their upcoming album, titled everyone for ten minutes, which is undoubtedly set to be another astounding addition to their already impeccable discography. Here’s to hoping we could hear it in the live setting very soon. – Gabriel Saulog

Knocked Loose, Denzel Curry – “Hive Mind”

When Knocked Loose unleashed their third album You Won’t Go Before You’re Supposed To in 2024, they made it known not just how uncompromisingly heavy they could get and how they would always be unapologetic of whichever direction they took their music in.
