Tyler, the Creator is set to celebrate the first anniversary of CHROMAKOPIA with a special merch drop, which includes a brand new, limited edition vinyl.
The news was shared by the chart-topping rapper on his official social media channels, wherein he posted the link to his GOLF WANG website with photos of the upcoming merchandise drop. The CHROMAKOPIA anniversary edition vinyl record (priced at $40/PHP 2,327) is pressed on double disc opaque white vinyl, comes with a 20 page booklet, and is housed in a gatefold jacket featuring artwork from the era. It also marks the first time the track “Balloon,” featuring Doechii, will be included in the physical media format, and includes the bonus track “Mother” — previously only available exclusively to earlier physical formats of the album.
Other items in the CHROMAKOPIA anniversary merch drop include a new CD ($15/PHP 872), which contains all CHROMAKOPIA tracks (and guest verses), as well as two limited edition CD boxsets that include exclusive posters, a 6″ vinyl figurine of Tyler himself ($60/PHP 3,491), or a 1.5″ mini-keychain version of the figure ($40/PHP 2,327) –– all housed in a unique shipping container-inspired package. Tyler previously released CHROMAKOPIA on a special ‘test pressing’ vinyl and CD formats during the release week of the album last year, though both formats feature different versions of the record from what is available on digital and streaming platforms worldwide. Certain tracks on the earlier physical media formats feature different verses, omit guest features (like that of GloRilla or Childish Gambino), or even add unique guest appearances from artists like Playboi Carti. Both of these formats sold out within the week of release, and now demand high price points as collectibles in the aftermarket.
Earlier this year, Tyler, the Creator also released a surprise follow-up record to CHROMAKOPIA, titled DON’T TAP THE GLASS. The rap house record includes the Philippines Hot 100 chart-topper, “SUGAR ON MY TONGUE,” which made its debut at the No. 73 position on the chart earlier this October.
Just recently, Tyler also concluded the final leg of his CHROMAKOPIA World Tour with two sold-out shows at the Araneta Coliseum on September 20 and 21. In Billboard Philippines‘ review of the concert, it was mentioned that the beloved rapper “gave the Philippine audience an unforgettable show” having “immersed Manila in his ‘CHROMAKOPIA’.
All items from Tyler’s upcoming CHROMAKOPIA merchandise drop are scheduled to ship this October 31, 2025, and are available for pre-order here until supplies last.
