Full of confidence and character, the American Snake River Farms Wagyu Ribeye delivers a bold profile with marbling that adds depth like a steady, driving rhythm section. A crossbreed of American Angus and Japanese Wagyu, it’s the robust opener that immediately pulls you in.
While the delicate yet precise Japanese Ōmi A5 Wagyu Striploin offers the kind of refined clarity you expect from a master performer. Its luxurious marbling and deep umami make it the standout centerpiece, one that you keep coming back to.
And finally to close out the show is the Australian Mayura Wagyu Tenderloin. Balanced and buttery, raised exclusively on a chocolate-infused diet, this tenderloin brings a warm richness that feels like the perfect closer. It’s indulgent without trying too hard, rounding out the experience with a satisfying, lingering finish.
