Saturday Night Live’s latest season is just around the corner, premiering this October with a star-studded lineup that includes Sabrina Carpenter, Bad Bunny, and Doja Cat.

Following the monumental 50th anniversary celebration in February, Bad Bunny will host the premiere episode of the show’s 51st season on Sunday, October 5, at 11:30 AM (PH Time). This marks his second time hosting the long-running late-night sketch comedy and variety show.

The Puerto Rican rapper-singer last hosted the show in October 2023, where he also pulled double duty and performed “Un Preview” and “Monaco.” Meanwhile, entering her Vie era, Doja Cat will make her SNL debut as the premiere episode’s musical guest, just a week after releasing her fifth studio album.

The following week, on October 12, actress-comedian Amy Poehler returns as host for the second time solo and third overall, joined by Role Model, who will make his debut as musical guest.

On October 19, Carpenter will then pull double duty as both host and musical guest — her first time hosting and second time performing on the show.

She previously appeared on the Jake Gyllenhaal-hosted episode in 2024, where she performed her smash hit “Espresso” alongside a medley of “Nonsense” and “Feather.” Carpenter also took part in the SNL50 anniversary special, opening the show with a duet of “Homeward Bound” with Paul Simon.

The “Manchild” singer now joins the ranks of artists who have pulled double duty on the show — including Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Elton John, Lizzo, Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, and Mick Jagger.
