Ourselves the Elves have announced the release of their debut EP, Geography Lessons, on the physical format for the first time ever.

Just over the weekend, the renowned indie band shared its release on their official social media platforms, showcasing its double-disc, dual CD-DVD format — with the latter including Petersen Vargas’ short film, Lisyun Qng Geografia, of which the four-track EP serves as the soundtrack to. Produced by The Grey Market Records, the limited edition release features design layouts by Paula Castillo, as well as archival photos from Margarita Mina and Aki Medina, in addition to the band and Vargas’ liner notes.

Though no further details were revealed regarding the price of the CD-DVD release, Ourselves the Elves’ caption states that it will only be available for the duration of their 10th Anniversary Tour, until supplies last. The group also just announced new shows scheduled over the next two months, with a Pampanga show set to take place this December 13, featuring guest performances from bird., Oh, Flamingo!, and Novocrane, a Los Baños show on December 14 featuring Creamflower and New Lore, and another Cebu show on January 26, 2026 with Tokay Mara, in my yearning, Hazy Daisy, and more.

Ourselves the Elves’ Geography Lessons was first released on October 10, 2015, and featured the renowned set of tracks: “Baby I Love You So,” “Longing For,” “Uncertainly,” and “Cincinnati Clocks.” Each track served as an accompaniment to the Vargas’ short film, which featured a premise that follows two high school best friends, Tib and Tric, as they revisit an old map that guides them to revisit the places that were special in their friendship.
