Getting food at concerts, music festivals, or live music events usually isn’t a problem. But if you’re not in the mood for the standard food stalls and restos typically offered, maybe it’s time, for both event organizers and music lovers alike, to elevate the experience with Premia Catering.

In the wider catering, food, and beverage industry, Premia is all about serving high-quality food and creating memorable dining experiences. The name itself comes from founders Mark and Aina Empremiado, and together with Donovan Dequilla, their journey started with nothing more than a shared love for food.
Before launching Premia, the team opened three restaurants — Hygge, Lihim Cafe, and Tia Diva — each with its own culinary identity: Hygge for steaks and pastas, Tia Diva for Filipino cuisine with a modern twist, and Lihim Cafe as a mix of both.

During the pandemic, they decided to extend their food beyond restaurant walls and into homes and private spaces. By November 2023, this vision became reality with the launch of Premia Catering, starting with food trays and in-house events at Hygge.
By 2024, Premia was catering external events and had since been fully booked for corporate functions, birthdays, weddings, baptisms, and parties.

What sets Premia apart is its ability to customize menus and accommodate special requests, tailoring every experience to each event. This makes them the perfect fit for live music settings. Whether you’re taking a break at a festival before your favorite artist performs, or hanging out at a community event with friends, Premia ensures you’ll find flavorful, elevated food options to enjoy.
Much like headliners at a festival, Premia’s culinary team is one you won’t want to miss. Executive Chef Mario Santos Jr., Sous Chef Rey Gomez, and the rest of the team consistently deliver standout performances in both food and service.

Moving on to the must-try dishes at Premia’s other food carts and stations, such as the coffee cart and slush bar, which provide the perfect caffeine boost or sugar rush for attendees at events that run until midnight.
Italian food lovers can enjoy the pizza cart or pasta station, complete with freshly cooked pasta on the spot and customizable toppings. Meanwhile, for the Mexican food aficionados, there’s also a taco station crafted for the taco-loving crowd.

Premia also offers food trays showcasing dishes that are nothing short of exquisite: the Cebu Lechon Belly, 8-hour slow-roasted Angus beef, truffle risotto, Beef Stroganoff pasta, and Chicken Confit, among many others. For added convenience, they also provide packed meals for guests on the go.
And, of course, their signature dishes — which include the slow-roasted Angus beef, miso chicken, truffle risotto, baked ribs, and salmon in garlic-lemon butter—are paired with desserts like lava brownies and tres leches.
