Heads up EYEKONS! KATSEYE are releasing their first official light stick.

The global girl group made the announcement on July 11, 2025 (Friday), revealing that they are set to release it this month. “EYEKONS, get ready to make a scene with the KATSEYE Official Light Stick,” they stated.

The first ever KATSEYE lightstick notably showcases the group’s logo, which is inspired by an actual cat’s eye gemstone, as its centerpiece. This is housed inside a clear sphere and held up by a compartment emblazoned with the KATSEYE logotype and its handle which seemingly holds the light stick’s power and mode-change button.

Each account on Weverse can purchase up to two (2) light sticks. Shipping for orders is expected to begin from July 21, 2025 to July 28, 2025 (PHT).

Each light stick comes with a wrist strap, a dust bag, an instruction manual, as well as six special KATSEYE photo cards. The light stick is powered by three AAA alkaline batteries, which are sold separately, and will last approximately 1.5 hours in Normal mode and approximately 3.5 hours in the different Performance modes (varies per mode).

The announcement of KATSEYE’s first official light stick follows the release of their second EP Beautiful Chaos, which came out on June 27, 2025. In addition, the light stick’s release notably precede’s the group’s 2025 tour in support of the brand new EP. Happening from November 15 to December 16, 2025, it will be held across a total of 16 locations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The tour’s initial dates were sold out completely.

In other news, KATSEYE were recently announced as Billboard Philippines‘ cover starts for our magazine’s August 2025 issue. The soon-to-be-released physical magazine will see all six members of KATSEYE on the cover, accompanied by an in-depth cover story that explores the group’s “artistic evolution since their debut last year, and just how much has changed for them following the release of their latest EP, Beautiful Chaos.”
