The first trailer for the highly anticipated sci-fi comedy adventure Project Hail Mary has arrived, offering a first look at producer and star Ryan Gosling in space.

Set to Harry Styles‘ debut solo single “Sign of the Times,” the trailer teases a gripping interstellar adventure with high emotional stakes and a strong cinematic scope.

Adapted from Andy Weir’s 2021 novel of the same name, the film centers on Ryland Grace (Gosling), an astronaut and former schoolteacher who awakens as the sole survivor aboard a spacecraft sent to the Tau Ceti system to uncover the secrets behind a dying sun and a catastrophic alien threat, in a mission to save Earth and humanity itself.
