Far Eastern University (FEU) joins forces with Filipino rap icon and FEU alum Gloc-9 for “Dito Sa Amin,” the official soundtrack for UAAP Season 89.

“Dito Sa Amin” is a narrative-driven anthem that is rooted in this season’s rallying cry, #ForEveryoneUAAP. The track amplifies unity, resilience, and the grit of the student-athlete.

The collaboration draws on Gloc-9’s signature storytelling, moving beyond the traditional competitive fight songs of previous UAAP seasons. Lyrics from the track, such as “Saan man nanggaling, ay laging kasali ka” (“Wherever you come from, you will always be included”) and “Lahat abot mo na” (“Everything is within your reach”), offer a message of hope and excitement to students and fans across all competing universities.

“Partnering with a true music icon and FEU honorary alumnus like Gloc-9 is a significant moment for us. He has a distinct ability to articulate the Filipino spirit and the energy we want to bring to #ForEveryoneUAAP,” Rowena Capulong Reyes, PhD, FEU’s Vice President for Corporate Affairs, shares.

“As we build excitement and count down to the Season 89 opening on September 12, this anthem is our call to the entire community to stand united and always Be Brave,” she adds.

The “Makata sa Pinas” speaks on the collaboration, saying, “Yung kanta, isinulat natin para sa bawat atleta at bawat tao na patuloy na lumalaban, hirap at pawis ang puhunan.” (The song was written for every athlete and every person who continues to fight, putting in the hard work, struggle, and sweat).

He adds that this season’s theme is a reminder that, no matter what color you represent, we all share the same dreams and aspirations.
