Winter’s about to strike the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati.
The Filharmonika Orchestra is giving Pixar classic “Frozen” a new life in concert. On November 16 and 17 of this year, the orchestra will be performing household and karaoke staples like “Let It Go” and “Love Is an Open Door” in the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati. Join beloved characters Elsa, Anna, and more as we embark on a sentimental and heartwarming journey of sights and sounds.
Originally debuted in 2013, Frozen has evolved from a family favorite to a Pixar staple. Its multi-platinum soundtrack features eight songs written by Academy Award®, Emmy®, and GRAMMY®-winning songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez—most notably the Oscar® and GRAMMY®-winning hit “Let It Go” performed by Idina Menzel. An event sure to be enjoyed by all ages, Frozen in Concert is sure to be the perfect event to bring your loved ones.
The orchestra will be conducted by none other than Mhaze Lim, the current resident conductor of the Filharmonika Orchestra under music director Gerard Salonga. This marks Film Concerts PH‘s second live-to-film project, as their Star Wars: A New Hope in Concert will be taking place on September 7.
