Australian music multi-hyphenate DPR Ian (Christian Yu) joins forces with Indonesian fragrance brand Alchemist Fragrance for an immersive perfume “THE NEW OUT WEST” campaign featuring two distinct unisex Extrait de Parfum scents — A.M and P.M.
The A.M. Extrait de Parfum, crafted by Jean-Christophe Hérault, is a woody spicy fragrance featuring top notes of pink pepper, ginger, and lemon, while middle notes are cypriol and balsamic notes, and base notes are leather, patchouli, and cedarwood.
The P.M. Extrait de Parfum, created by Pascal Gaurin, is an Oriental Woody fragrance with top notes of lavender, saffron, and grapefruit; middle notes of gun smoke, patchouli, and labdanum; and base notes of incense, vanilla, and vetiver.
Meanwhile, at the OUT WEST Exhibition Plaza in Indonesia, limited collectible items for the first 350 buyers were given to customers. The set includes a perfume coaster, a 2ml perfume, and an exclusive random photocard. The exhibition runs from January 26 to February 1, 2026.
In 2022, he released his debut studio album, Moodswings in to Order. Beyond music, he has also made a name for himself in other fields like visual art, direction, and fashion. He is a founding member of the collective DPR (Dream Perfect Regime) — a platform for independent Asian artists having global reach.
