Taking it back to their humble beginnings, Chef Blessie Santos-Chua grew up in a family that loves to cook, learning the many ways food brings people closer together. Truly, food and cooking are in her DNA. She studied Culinary Arts at the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management (SHRIM) of De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB).

After college, she launched a midnight food stall at the Banchetto Night Market, known for her best-selling Juicy Lucy Burger. She later worked with The Cravings Group as a Chef de Partie at Lucia Ristorante & Bistro Café in Hotel Celeste, and became Head Chef of St. Tropez French Brasserie at Balesin Island Club in 2014. From there, The Kitchen Gastronomy came to life, and since 2018, they have created special events and moments even better.

With savory, thoughtfully customized meals that go far beyond the usual catering experience, The Kitchen Gastronomy transforms dining into something worth remembering. Each dish and every bite feels perfectly in tune with the special moment, something that lingers like an encore.

But their artistry doesn’t stop at the table. The Kitchen Gastronomy also brings events to life through carefully curated styling that captures the feel and design of any celebration. Much like an artist who brings their own personality and craft, the visual elements complete the ambiance and complement the menu to come.

On the other hand, they also get to share their expertise in designing the perfect menu, much like curating the perfect setlist for a live performance or concert. At its core, supplying great food remains part of their bread and butter. By sourcing only top-quality ingredients and products, they ensure that every dish is crafted and served on a foundation of care and top-tier quality.
