BTS are gearing up for a brand new, special film-related project.
On July 21, 2025 (Monday), the K-pop icons surprised fans by posting a cryptic announcement on their official social media pages, featuring a poster with the phrases “BTS MOVIE WEEKS” and “Coming Soon.” The announcement’s caption briefly expounds on this, teasing that the project is “coming soon to cinemas worldwide.”
While more information regarding what exactly BTS MOVIE WEEKS is, fans of the South Korean hitmakers have been speculating since the announcement, debating if the project will be a brand new documentary from BTS, a marathon screening of the group’s past concert films, and more. Watch this space for updates.
Should BTS MOVIE WEEKS be a singular movie surrounding the septet, it will mark BTS’ seventh film overall, following BTS: Yet to Come in Cinemas, which premiered on February 1, 2023.
