Jin of BTS makes his Netflix debut in the upcoming variety series, Kian’s Bizarre B&B, where he will be joined by Korean television personality Kian84 and South Korean actress Ji Ye-eun.

Set on the remote island of Ulleungdo, South Korea, this out-of-this-world unscripted series turns the idea of a bed and breakfast (B&B) upside down. Jin will be joined by Ji Ye-eun as staff members of the eccentric B&B, envisioned by webtoon artist and host Kian84 (Kim Hee-min). Together, the trio will unleash a chaotic hospitality experience for guests planning a romantic getaway.

Anchored by spontaneity and unpredictability as its concept, the series highlights unexpected moments between the hosts and guests. As shown in the teaser trailer, guests will have to climb a rock wall to check in and enter the guesthouse. Meanwhile, forget a typical prepared meal, or in this case, throw it out into the ocean, because guests will have to take on extreme bare-handed eating challenges that push them out of their comfort zones.

To leave room for anticipation, the kinds of services offered by Kian84, Jin, and Ji Ye-eun to the guests remain to be seen.

The BTS ARMY can expect to see a different side of Jin as he embraces his humor, stepping away from the stage and into the world of Kian84’s imagination. Ji Ye-eun, on the other hand, is a regular member of Saturday Night Live Korea who brings an energetic and youthful approach to the team, even going as far as obtaining a watercraft license to prepare for the series.

Director Jung Hyo Min and writer Yoon Shin Hye, creators of the beloved South Korean program, Hyori’s Homestay, a television program in a similar vein, promise an entertaining balance between authenticity, lighthearted moments, and mayhem.

Kian’s Bizarre B&B will consist of a total of nine episodes. The first three episodes will drop simultaneously on April 8, followed by three more over the next two weeks.
