Fresh from her intimate ‘The Ruby Experience’ concert tour, BLACKPINK’s JENNIE becomes the face of the new Chanel 25 handbag campaign.

In a short campaign film directed by award-winning filmmaker Gordon von Steiner, who directed Troye Sivan‘s “Rush” music video, the Chanel ambassador since 2017 is seen walking the streets of Manhattan and photo studios as “She Drives Me Crazy” by Fine Young Cannibals plays along.

Celebrating spontaneity and self-expression, the campaign highlights the iconic handbag that embodies the trademark style of the French fashion house. Meanwhile, a photo series captured by British photographer David Sims showcases JENNIE with four variations of the handbag: in black, white, metallic leather, and denim.

In a statement, the BLACKPINK singer shared how the handbag provides freedom of movement, saying, “It adapts to my various situations and lifestyles, offering flexibility and comfort while allowing me to express my unique style in a different way. It’s the perfect bag to carry comfortably and effortlessly on a daily basis, anytime and anywhere. It’s so practical and essential for traveling abroad and for work.”
