Dominic Fike unleashes his third studio album, HOW TO QUIT SMOKING, released through Columbia Records today, October 30, 2026.

Originally slated for release on October 9, the album was delayed as Fike and his featured collaborators took the time to polish and finalize the music. The album features the previously released singles “WALLFLOWER,” “SMALL TOWN,” and “PANGEA.”

The album was recorded outside a traditional studio, instead being created and shared in real time from hotel rooms while he was on the road for the North American leg of the Comedy Tragedy Parody Tour.

“HOW TO QUIT SMOKING. An album title I came up with before I wrote any of the music. A month ago, we announced a 15 song album. The idea was to make and release these songs as I did my first US tour in years,” Fike says in the Instagram caption announcing the then-new release date

“I wanted to put myself in a position where I had no other choice but to step up… to live in this feeling for as long as I can hold it. The ALBUM will be yours on HALLOWEEN. We’re going to texas right now to finish these songs,” he adds.

Featured collaborators on the album include Gabriel Jacoby, Emma Ogier, Hether, Grace Ives, Love Spells, Danny Brown, Jorjiana, and Tay-K.
