Indie-folk Chezka is set to release her debut album, What the Body Remembers, on November 6, 2026, via Underdog Music.

Consisting of 10 tracks, the first full-length project of the “What Could’ve Been” singer taps into the experience of grieving and mourning someone who continues to fill up space in one’s room, with the intimacy and touch remaining familiar even after everything has become silent.

Chezka has collaborated with Singapore’s PK Records and US-based producer Jacob Ray, opening new artistic doors and beyond her indie-folk sensibilities.

“What the Body Remembers brings her songwriting into a wider musical landscape while staying grounded in the experiences that make her work relatable,” according to the press release. “Every track on the album approaches loss from a different perspective, allowing listeners to find their own meaning in the stories Chezka tells. Together, the songs form a portrait of the things we carry long after a connection has changed, and the memories that remain even when the relationship no longer does.

To mark the release of the record, Chezka will perform the full album live at Aster Events Place in Mandaluyong City on November 20. Presented by WOOF, the creative agency of Underdog Music, the night will also feature performances by Janine, dana paulene, and Ruru.

Get your tickets to the show through WOOF’s Instagram. Pre-sale tickets are priced at PHP 600, while walk-in tickets are priced at PHP 700. Doors open at 7:00 PM.
