Fête de la Musique Philippines returns this June for its 32nd edition –– transforming the global French musical tradition into an expansive, month-long nationwide cultural movement celebrating music and community.

Under the theme “For the People, By the People,” this year’s festival celebrates the growth of what was once a single-stage event into a community-wide showcase featuring stages across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Still a free and open-to-everyone event, it is presented by Alliance Française de Manille, together with its co-presenters and partners.

This year’s festival features the main attraction, the FêtePH2026 Main Stage, taking place at the Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati City on Saturday, June 20. Integrated into the vibrant Makati Street Meet and the Makati City Fiesta, the Main Stage features a star-studded lineup of OPM performers and rising acts, including Lola Amour, Radioactive Sago Project, Morobeats, and the Jewelmer Jazz Band.

Additionally, the same weekend will feature French krautrock trio Meule and French-Vietnamese harpist Héloïse La Harpe. Beyond music, food, and culture take the spotlight with the Taste of France French Market, which will line Paseo de Roxas. The market will also feature a selection of French gastronomic specialties, wine, and artisanal goods.

FêtePH 2026 kicks off on June 10 with the return of “Music Heals,” a wellness advocacy and sound healing festival dedicated to harnessing the therapeutic power of sound. Renowned French pianist Maxime Zecchini will present two intimate performances: at The Writer’s Bar at Raffles Makati on June 14, followed by a recital at the Alliance Française de Manille on June 15

On June 19, the Asia-France Music Bridge Workshops are a crucial networking and exchange initiative for creative entrepreneurs, emerging artists, and cultural workers in Southeast Asia. French experts Gwendolenn Sharp and Leila Bellot join Manila’s industry leaders to discuss intellectual property and creative growth.

Concluding the month-long celebration on June 29, the Manila-based jazz duo Project Yazz — composed of vocalist Faye Yupano and bassist Bergan Nuñez — takes the stage at the Long Bar in Raffles Makati to perform their signature jazz reinterpretations of OPM songs.

One of the highlights of the annual musical celebration is the pocket and destination stages, which offer genre-specific gigs in various intimate venues and hotspots. From June 20 to 28, a total of 23 stages in the National Capital Region (NCR) and 33 destination stages across the provinces will bring the unique Fête experience to thousands of music fans outside Metro Manila. On June 26, the celebration lights up for the multi-genre pocket stages in Makati.

By keeping the festival completely free and expanding our footprint nationwide, we are celebrating not just the universal language of music, but the vibrant, community-led spirit that makes the Philippine music scene so extraordinary.”
