Academy Award- and Grammy Award-winning music multi-hyphenate FINNEAS (Finneas O’Connell) has been tapped to score the second season of Netflix and A24’s critically acclaimed anthology series, BEEF.

The acclaimed singer-songwriter, producer, and composer spoke about his experience on the series, saying, “Spent the last 12 months in ‘BEEF’ land. All 8 episodes out April 16, All Original music by me. The second season features a brand new cast and follows a newly engaged Gen-Z couple, Ashley Miller (Cailee Spaeny) and Austin Davis (Charles Melton), as they become entangled in a fight between their Millennial boss, General Manager Joshua Martín (Oscar Isaac), and his wife, Lindsay Crane-Martín (Carey Mulligan). These couples vie for the approval of the elitist club’s billionaire owner, Chairwoman Park (Youn Yuh-jung), who, at the same time, is also struggling to get through a scandal involving her second husband, Doctor Kim (Song Kang-ho).

The first season of the series, which premiered in 2023, was a hit and starred Steven Yeun and Ali Wong as two strangers whose lives spiral chaotically after a road rage incident. It was well-received critically, winning major awards such as eight Emmy Awards, four Critics’ Choice Awards, and three Golden Globe Awards, among others.
