With 2025 coming to a close, Billboard Philippines has finally revealed its year-end charts, which features Cup of Joe at its summit, thanks to their longstanding chart-topper and hit single, “Multo.”

First released on September 14 of last year, the beloved Baguio-based folk-pop band’s award-winning track dominated the entire year of 2025 —firmly positioning itself in both the Philippines Hot 100 and Top Philippine Songs charts for a total of 42 and 39 weeks, respectively. “Multo” has held the No. 1 spot on the Philippines Hot 100 for a total of 29 weeks, and stood atop at No. 1 of the Top Philippine songs for 33 weeks straight. Even in the face of major musical releases like Taylor Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl, Cup of Joe’s “Multo” never left the Top 3 of the Philippines Hot 100, proving its massive (and inescapable) hold over millions of Filipino listeners nationwide — whether it be across various social media, streaming, or digital platforms.

The success of “Multo” has led to new career heights and milestones for the rising quintet across the local and global music scene, following numerous sold-out concerts for both their Silakbo and Stardust World Tours, as well as multiple wins at the recently concluded inaugural edition of the Filipino Music Awards. At the latter, Cup of Joe came home with two major awards, including the highly coveted Song of the Year award for “Multo,” as well as the Album of the Year award for their debut full-length record, Silakbo. Most recently, the group was also recognized as the No. 1 artists in the Philippines for the year 2025, attaining recognition as the Philippine representatives for Billboard’s Global No. 1s campaign.

Elsewhere on Billboard Philippines‘ Philippines Hot 100 year-end chart, Cup of Joe also attained another entry with their breakout hit single, “Tingin” featuring Janine Teñoso, which found itself at the No. 9 spot of the Philippines Hot 100. Following “Multo” is Dionela’s R&B hit “Marilag” at No. 2, while Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s beloved collaboration “luther” occupying the No. 3 spot of the chart. Earl Agustin follows close by with his renowned hit single from 2023, “Tibok” at No. 4, while last year’s No. 1 hit, “Palagi” by TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan, still places within the Top 10 at No. 5 on the Philippines Hot 100.

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ chart-breaking duet, “Die With A Smile,” stands at No. 6, while Amiel Sol’s “Sa Bawat Sandali” places itself at No. 7. Indonesian singer-songwriter NIKI’s cover of Phil Colllins’ “You’ll Be In My Heart” also finds itself within the Top 10 at the No. 8 spot, followed by Billie Eilish’s ballad, “BIRDS OF A FEATHER,” closing off the chart at No. 10.
