It’s been five years since Amiel Sol released his first single, and today (November 28), he has finally released his first-ever extended-play with Pagsibol.

The beloved folk-pop singer-songwriter’s debut collection of songs comprises six tracks, including the previously released singles “Nahanap Kita”, “Tahimik Ng Buhay Kapiling Ka”, and “Sa Bawat Sandali” –– the latter of which peaked at No. 3 on Billboard Philippines‘ Hot 100 chart and at No. 2 on the Top Philippine Songs chart. “Here’s to growing while going through life!” wrote Sol on his official social media accounts regarding the record’s release, which was complemented by a collection of promotional photos of himself.

Aside from the previously released singles part of the record, some of Sol’s other latest releases this year include his collaboration with Shanne Dandan, “Balisong”, which was part of the soundtrack of 100 Awit Para Kay Stella, and “Pagdating Ng Panahon” which was included in Viva Records’ compilation EP, SWABE.

Earlier this year, he sat down with Billboard Philippines for an exclusive interview regarding his sudden ascent in the Philippine music scene –– opening up about how much has changed since topping the Philippine music charts. “It’s not an understatement to say that ‘Sa Bawat Sandali’ has changed my life,” he previously shared. “I always have a positive mindset that each song of mine would have great reception with my audience, but this has definitely exceeded my expectations.”

Together with fellow Viva musicians (and chart-toppers), Rob Deniel, Arthur Nery, and Earl Agustin, Sol is set to take the stage at the Araneta Coliseum for their joint RAAA! Concert, which is scheduled to take place on December 5, 2025. Limited tickets to the show are still available here, with prices ranging from Php 1,500 to Php 6,500.
