Jameson Irish Whiskey has long been involved in the local music scene, building meaningful connections with artists and audiences through live performances and cultural events. Earlier this year, the brand collaborated with indie-pop band Lola Amour for a surprise St. Patrick’s Day gig at Ugly Duck, offering an up-close look at how music can bring people together.
This commitment continues with the arrival of Jameson Distilled Sounds in the Philippines. A global initiative that has made stops in South Africa, Malaysia, the UK, Germany, and Portugal, the platform now turns its attention to Filipino artists. The goal is simple: to support rising musicians by giving them access to industry mentorship, label backing, and an endorsement deal with Jameson Whiskey Philippines.
All About the Artist Search

As part of the campaign’s debut, Jameson is launching the Jameson Distilled Sounds Philippines Artist Search, a nationwide call for emerging acts to share their original music and stories. In partnership with Billboard Philippines as official media partner and Warner Music Philippines as the official record label partner, the search aims to create real opportunities for independent talent.

Lola Amour returns to the campaign, this time as artist collaborators and mentors. The band sits alongside a judging panel composed of Armi Millare, Bret Jackson of Billboard Philippines, Kelly Mangahas of Warner Music Philippines, and Pio Dumayas of Lola Amour. Their role will be to help identify artists with both creative vision and the potential for long-term growth.
Turning the Prize into a Platform

One grand prize winner will receive a ₱1,000,000 cash prize, a trip to Ireland, a one-year record deal with Warner Music Philippines, and a one-year endorsement deal with Jameson Irish Whiskey Philippines. This is intended to support the winner’s transition into the professional music industry, with the backing of a label, a brand, and a team experienced in artist development.
Apart from the prize, the campaign is about creating space for new voices to be heard. It encourages artists to take their work seriously and imagine a future in music that feels both possible and supported.
