Hatsune Miku To Hold ‘MIKU EXPO’ Concert In Manila This November 2025
This marks the first ever Philippine edition of the concert series dedicated to the popular Vocaloid singer Hatsune Miku, which began in 2014.

Hatsune Miku is officially bringing the HATSUNE MIKU EXPO experience to the Philippines later this year.
First held in Indonesia in 2014, the HATSUNE MIKU EXPO, or simply MIKU EXPO, is series of global live shows produced by Crypton Future Media — the Japanese media company behind the creation of the popular virtual singer software or Vocaloid character Hatsune Miku. Since its inception, the tour has been held in locations across Asia, the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. The shows typically involve performances of Vocaloid songs performed by digital image projection of Hatsune Miku.
On July 15, 2025 (Tuesday), it was officially announced that the MIKU EXPO is officially holding its first ever Asia tour, which will notably include a stop in Manila, as well as dates in Bangkok, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Seoul.
The Manila date of the tour will mark the first time that the MIKU EXPO will be held in the Philippines. It is set to happen on November 16, 2025 (Sunday) at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Ticket prices range from PHP 2,880 to PHP 10,880 and will be available starting July 22, 2025 (Tuesday) at 12:00 PM (PHT) via SM Tickets. Perks for VIP tickets include early entry into the venue, a collectible HATSUNE MIKU EXPO 2025 ASIA lanyard pass, as well as a VIP-exclusive HATSUNE MIKU EXPO 2025 ASIA-themed merchandise.

First released by Crypton Future Media in 2007, Hatsune Miku is music software that “enables anyone to make their computer sing by entering lyrics and melodies,” otherwise known as a Vocaloid. Following “a massive number of users” creating their own songs using the program and uploading them on the internet, Hatsune Miku soon gained popularity and a major following, evolving into a cultural phenomenon in the process. Other virtual singersby Crypton Future Media include Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, MEIKO, and KAITO, all of which have also grown in similar popularity over the year.
