Renee Rapp has never been one to shy away from being outspoken — which is exactly what she’s going for with her upcoming album BITE ME.
The American pop vocalist made the announcement on her official social media platforms, announcing its release date this August 1, 2025. Together with the news, Rapp also dropped the first single off the album, titled “Leave Me Alone,” which crosses into pop-punk territory, unlike her previous records. Alongside the single’s release, an accompanying music video to the track was also shared online, featuring the pop star entering a dream sequence that sees her fighting against several lookalikes in a massive pillow fight.

BITE ME is set to feature a total of twelve tracks and will be released under Interscope Records. It marks the long-awaited follow-up to her debut album from 2023, Snow Angel, which spawned the well-received singles “Pretty Girls” and “Tummy Hurts.” Just recently, Rapp starred as Regina George in the live-action adaptation of the Mean Girls musical — even releasing an original collaboration single with Megan Thee Stallion titled “Not My Fault” for the film’s soundtrack.
